Confirmation of Order
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. It will include the following information: - The order number - The items you have ordered - The quantity you have ordered - Item reference numbers - Price per item and the total value of the order.
We would appreciate if you would retain the Confirmation of Order and have it available should you need to contact us, and as a cross check when you receive the invoice.

Delivery Time
Please allow up to 4-8 days for delivery.

Transportation

Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, www.signify-me.com will accept that you return the product unopened 14 days for refund (excluding p&p), Refunds and returns is only available with unopened products or defect products.

Where a product is defective you must return the products before a replacement can be sent. To ensure the smooth return of your goods please keep the invoice and return it along with the goods in there original packaging. Beauty and Video products where the seal has been broken are not accepted for return unless defective). If the product is accepted for return the refund of the value of the goods purchased will be credited to the card you used for the purchase.

Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed for 1 year against material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee is valid if any article should break even during the course of normal use. The invoice acts as a certificate of guarantee. Without the invoice credit for defective goods cannot be guaranteed.
